Three Ways to Operationalize Your Focus
1. Make Essential Reviews a Rhythm
Monthly pulse checks.
Quarterly audits.
(Even if you’re a team of one.)
2. Embed Alignment Checks Into Your Workflow
Before starting anything new, ask:
Does this advance my external vision?
Does this strengthen my internal sustainability?
3. Debrief Every Major Initiative
Name what worked.
Name what didn’t.
Adjust without shame.
